Booking & Reservation
The following terms apply to all room bookings and reservations made at Prime Live Homestayz:

- Booking confirmations will be sent via email or SMS to the contact details provided. It is the guest's responsibility to verify the confirmation details and notify us of any discrepancies.
- Rates and offers are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will be honored at the rate communicated at the time of reservation.
- Group bookings of 5 or more rooms may be subject to separate terms and conditions. Please contact our reservation team for group booking inquiries.
Check-In & Check-Out Policy
Guests are requested to adhere to the following check-in and check-out timings:
- Standard Check-In: 12:00 PM (Noon)
- Standard Check-Out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) at the time of check-in for all adult occupants.
- Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and valid visa for registration as per government regulations.
- Check-in may be denied if the guest fails to provide valid identification or if the provided information does not match the booking details.
Payment & Pricing
The following terms apply to payments and pricing:
- All room rates and charges are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
- Taxes (GST and applicable government levies) will be added to the room tariff as per prevailing rates.
- Full payment or a valid advance deposit may be required at the time of booking or check-in, as per the booking policy.
- We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. All transactions are subject to verification and approval.
- Any additional services availed during the stay (food, beverages, laundry, telephone calls, etc.) must be settled at the time of check-out.
Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation and refund terms are as per our Refund Policy. Key highlights include:
- Cancellation deadlines and refund eligibility vary based on the booking type (free cancellation, non-refundable, or advance purchase).
- No-show guests will be charged the full booking amount, and no refund will be provided.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment mode within 5 to 10 business days.
- For bookings made through third-party platforms, the cancellation and refund policies of the respective platform will apply.
Guest Conduct & Responsibilities
Guests are expected to behave in a courteous and responsible manner during their stay:
- Guests must comply with all Home stay policies, safety guidelines, and instructions provided by the Home stay staff.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including rooms, corridors, and common spaces. Designated smoking areas are available outside the building.
- Pets are not allowed on the Home stay premises unless specifically permitted by the management in advance (subject to separate terms).
- Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft caused to Home stay property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest's account.
- Loud noise, parties, or disturbances that affect other guests are strictly prohibited. The management reserves the right to evict guests violating this rule without refund.
- Visitors are allowed only in the lobby/common areas and must be registered at the front desk. Overnight visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
Limitation of Liability
Prime Live Homestayz shall not be held liable for:
- Any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings of guests. Safety lockers are available at the front desk for valuable items.
- Any injury, accident, or health-related issues arising during the stay, unless caused directly by the negligence of the Home stay.
- Any disruptions or inconveniences caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, government orders, strikes, or technical failures.
- Any third-party services (transport, tours, food delivery, etc.) arranged by the Home stay on behalf of the guest. These services are provided by independent vendors, and the Home stay acts only as a facilitator.
